Discipline
Let's try to be more discipline again. I did this before, but somehow always slipped by. But for now, let's put some new knowledges from the book Mini Habits: Smaller Habits, Bigger Results by Stephen Guise.
The idea from Guise was simple. In fact, it was the same idea from the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. But I like this book personally.
The idea is, you can't build a mountain of success overnight, instead do it pieces by pieces every single day. Later, it will be compounding when the time has come. See? Pretty much similar with Atomic Habits, right? But I like this book better because it gave me a clear guide on what we need to do daily. Every day, we put the expectation as low as possible.
Instead of running 10km a day, do it 1 miles instead. Instead of do 100 push-ups every day, do 10 each day.
You got the idea, right? Now I need to be more discipline on doing this mini habits, day in day out.
