Write at least 50 Words a day
Lately I figured out that it's so hard to make me come here and write. I did even break my writing routine for now it's been almost a week. However, since I love writing from my deepest heart. I always want to give it the best I could to writing every single day.
After I read Mini Habits book (you can search it on your own to find the writer, really I forgot), I noticed that smaller and achievable and truly simple and sound stupid goal works better than high sky level goal.
Imagine this: running 10km daily vs running 1 miles daily.
Both are running, but the first feels like you're trying hike mount everest. It's huge and gigantic goal. On the other hand, the second one feels like easy and stupid not to do it.
I did the same thing on running. I used to run more than 5 km every other day. But now, I have changed it into daily small goal. Just simply daily 15 mins run is enough. Even when I feel like I don't want to do it, I tell myself, "It won't take long".
Now, I try to put the same principle to any other part of my life. One thing that I like doing but find it hard to do it consistently is writing. Now I'm trying to writing as simple as 50 words every single one.
Come on, 50 words is simple, Jordi. Don't tell me you don't have time for it!
