Bed Time
For now, I make my wake up schedule on 5 am. Although, yesterday I couldn't make it, due to the late bed time.
I think if you want to wake up on time, your bed timing is very crucial. Because I tried this last night, I went to the bed on 10:30, and I was planning to sleep at 11 am. I make this cushion time, because as we know, when we go to the bed we don't go on sleeping right away. Just like in soccer, our sleeping time needs a warm-up session. That's why I make that 30 minutes cushion time, to prepare my body for the real battle.
I think, despite from the fact that I get terminated from the job this end of the month, there are still some good parts of it. Like now, I have more free time so I can manage my routine way better. Compared to when I was still working, it's so damn hard to make an exact same routine because I worked in shift. Now everything is easier. Even though, I'm still hopping to get to a new work as soon as possible.
