Natural English
This is a special content. I've learned English for so long. If I'm not mistaken it's started since 2016. And from that day until now, I'm still learning English. I've been using some methods to improve my English. Some works, some doesn't. And today I want to write some methods that actually work for me. Note that: work for me. It means it might work for me, but might not for everyone.
The first technique is a natural English way of learning, through input. I remember when I first started this journey, all I did was just get a lot of inputs. From reading kid stories, listen to a song, watch some movies, and so on. These inputs help me to get fluent in my English. So to summarize, the first technique is to get a lot of inputs that would eventually help you to get fluent in English.
However, those inputs would help you in listening part only, and wouldn't help you much in speaking. Those words we get from input mostly are passive words. That's why we still need another technique to complete this first ultimate technique. I believe, if you did the first technique correctly, chances are you already did this second technique as well. The second technique is to get curious about the thing. Let me elaborate. Remember when the first time you knew some new words in English, you might opened a dictionary a lot, right? Why you did that? Case is you want to know the meaning of the words, right? You curious about the words. That's curiousity we need to bring back to the process of our learning. But we don't need to know the meaning solely, also how to use those words in varied different ways. By doing this constantly, those passive words will become active. Imagine those words are like a bunch of friends. First you just know about them on the surface level, later on as the time you spend with them, you get to know them deeper and deeper. That's also the same process of learning English words.
Now the question is how can we get to know the words better? Use technology, my friend. AI is everywhere nowadays. I specifically use AI a lot for learning. Not only for learning English but anything. So be friendly with AI. You can ask about anything to them, it's basically like your personal tutor. Besides, the good news is most of them are FREE! YEAY!!
The last thing is to have fun and enjoy the process!
