Three Words
Couple weeks ago, I made a post about writing at least 50 words every day. But as you might already knew, I skipped for the last two days. I can't have an excuse about it, but if I have to, I need to blame my self-discipline. I think two of the reasons are because I don't know what to write about, and write 50 words is way too harder for my brain.
So, now I decided to make it even easier. Just like in the book Mini Habits by Stephen Guise: make the habit really small, so it's too small to fail.
I did the same method with my exercise, now I need to implement the same method to my writing. I'm going to write as short as three words, just three words, every day.
Three words could as simple as, "I'm going to write" (that's more than three). Do you get the point? It's that simple, so it couldn't fail. And did you notice that I also started this writing with that same method, and ended up this whole paragraphs! That's the power of mini habits what Stephen Guise says in his book!
