Zero Judgement

What will happen to our life if we have zero judgment to ourselves nor other people? I tried this experiment yesterday, and the result is unexpectedly awesome.

Yesterday, there was a customer of mine, very rude, had no attitude and etc. Normally I would be so much annoyed by this, but yesterday I tried to have a zero judgment. So I don't judge her. No words like, "wtf is this bitch!'. After that, I was being unexpectedly calmer and still remained unbother and indifferent. It feels like what happened outside of me didn't bother me inside at all. This result is amazing.

Then, I tried to keep the zero judgment until the end of the day. And you know what? I was being happier than usual. I think I need to keep this zero judgment forever. Let's see what would happen if I stick to this forever!

This result has proven something: Our emotions are very attached to our judgment. So, if you judge nothing, you don't bother anything. But is it possible to have zero judgment all the time? Realistically speaking, no. However, we could always bring back our attention to not judge.
